Privacy policy

Enduring Inheritance is a private-sector service in British Columbia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in the context of British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Information we handle

This may include account and contact details, sign-in and profile information; worksheet answers, documents, and other portal content you choose to save; and purchase, payer, recipient, and contact details needed to complete and fulfil a transaction. Stripe Checkout processes payment details. The site handles transaction and fulfilment records.

How we use and share it

We use information to provide accounts and portal features, save and display content you choose to keep, respond to you, complete purchases and delivery, protect the service, and meet legal or business responsibilities. We limit use to these purposes and related purposes you authorize or that the law permits or requires.

We collect information for these stated service purposes and only as reasonably needed. Where PIPA requires consent, we obtain it. You may withdraw consent by contacting our Privacy Officer; withdrawal may have legal or service consequences, including that we may be unable to provide a feature that depends on the information.

We use service providers for essential operations, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Stripe for checkout. We share only information needed for the provider to perform its service. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law.

Optional analytics

If you consent, Google Analytics may measure visits and membership call-to-action clicks on selected public pages. We do not send worksheet answers, documents, or form contents to Google Analytics. You can decline analytics and use the site, or change your choice through the analytics preferences control when it is available on a public page.

Phone contact

If you call the listed AI booking assistant or voicemail and choose to share information, the phone or assistant service provider may process it to handle your call.

Retention, safeguards, and your requests

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and for legal or business purposes. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

You may contact our Privacy Officer to request access to your personal information or ask us to correct it. Please include enough detail for us to identify the information and respond.

Please raise privacy concerns with our Privacy Officer first. If your concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia through its complaint process.
